The original telemetry distance of DJI PHANTOM 2 VISION+ is 300~500
meters, and the original antenna is traditional mini version. Our
upgrade parts allow you to upgrade the RC distance to 1000~1500 meters
or longer, (Depends on the location and radio interference) and achieve
long distance aerial photography.

The radio transmitter of DJI PHANTOM 2VISION+ is with 5.8G system, AV
transmission is with 2.4G wifi system. The silver 5.8G/2000mW signal
booster of upgrade parts is for transmitter modification; it needs to
connect to the 5.8G TX module inside the transmitter through the
enclosed SMA wire. It needs to use with panel antenna or
Omni-directional antenna. The black 2.4G/3000mW signal booster is for AV
transmission modification. It needs to connect to the 2.4G repeater
through the enclosed SMA wire, and also use with panel antenna or
omni-directional antenna.

After modification, please connect the power inputs with same color of
two signal boosters together. (The red input is power(+), and black
input is power(-).) User can solder the input with power connector, or
assemble an external power switch according to different preference. The
specification is 11.1V (3S), capacity is 1800~2200mAh. Please notice
that the lengths of two black power inputs are different. Please refer
to the assembly instruction.

For the usages of directional panel antenna or Omni-directional
antenna, please select according to different flight modes and
preferences. For long-distance and fixed destination flights, we suggest
you to choose directional panel antenna. For directional large-range
flights, we suggest you to choose Omni-directional antenna. You may also try and test different antennas.
Important! Do not power on the signal booster without connecting to
antenna. It will cause irreparable damage to the signal booster in
seconds.

The upgrade part is only applicable to users with relative knowledge
and DIY experiences. It will be better if user has basic electric
concepts. There are risks to modification, please be careful. We are not
responsible for damaged multi-copter transmitter from inappropriate
operation or wrong assembly.
