Process and Packaging

Our well trianed packaging and techncal staffs will first inspect and examine all your parts in your order before we pack them with well protected and good fitting packagings to aviod any damage to your items during shipping with relatively low shipping cost.

Shipping Method and Cost

All items and order will be shipped by either
- JNE
- Tiki
- Herona Ekspres
- Elteha Cargo
- Any Port to Port Air Cargo
- Any Sea Shipping Cargo.

- Etc.

- We offer diffierent type of shipping method for our customer to choose from
- Cusomter can pick their favouable shipping method  (pleased indicate at the remark column for preferance shipping method)
- Shipping cost depends on shipping destination, shipping method chosen and shipping weight of the packed items ordered.
- Shipping cost is Non-refundable for All Situation Once the an order is shipped.
- Shipping Method and Shipping Cost will be show clearly in the check out page.
- Remote area fee are not included, that all extra charges is requested upon the final confirmation of courier before shipping.

Order Process and Handling

- Order processing duration is about 2 working days; order usually shipped out within 2 working days.
- We provide well protected and good fitting packaging for every order, any special request on packaging pleased indicate it in your order and we will act accordingly.
- Order will shipped out according to the shipping address customer provided. 
  (PLeased ensure all shipping address is correct when you check out your order )
- We are NOT responsible for shippment failure due to improper address by the customer.
- We try our best to make stock status up to date, however , it is NOT a REAL TIME system.

Shipping Duration

- Order normally ship out within 48hours after received the payment and the payment is cleared.
- Shipping time is an estimaited duration by individual shipping couriers, it is for reference only and not guranteed.
- In exceptional cases, shippment delay may cause by your local custom or local postal service unit.
- The shippment time indicated in your order DOES NOT  include custom inspection time.
- The inspection time depends on the cusotmer local custom authority and it is not witin our control.
- Sometime you may need to self collect your package at your nearest post office due to your local postal service practices.

Duty and Tax

- It is your responsibility to make sure the items you order comply to your local laws and regulations.
- Your are also responbile to contact your local postal courier unit or custom to retrieve the shipment if there is any issue happen.
- All custom duties, import taxes and any other extra charges will be paid by the reciepent in all case.
- If you need any special request on delcare value or amount, pleased state clearly in the order remark when you confirm order.
- We usually ship all order as \"GIFT\"

Order Tracking information

- we will provide tracking number once the parcel is ship out from us.
- Usually you be able to trace your order from the tracking system of individual shipping company within 48hours after the order shipped.
- Couriers are responsible for the updated tracking information.
- Tracking number and an URL for online tracking can be obtain from fro your order remark once the order is ship out.

Shipment Exceptional

- Shippment process and delivery is handled by the corresponding couriers once they accept and collected a shipment, and they are reponsible to ensure the arrival of the parcel.
- We do help customer to report an enquiry case to corresponding couriers in case of exceptional.
- Corresponding couriers will work and investigate the case, corresponding couriers have the final judgement if the case is qualified to any compensation.

Cancellation of Order

- We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to unavailability of items or our inability to deliver the items within
   the agree time frame.
- No cancellation will be entertain once the order is confirmed, submitted and paid by you.
